Great experience
We had our shower replaced and it was a 10/10 experience from start to finish. Sales rep was informative and answered our many questions. Our installers, Eric and Dion were such a pleasure. It was a long day for them and they were upbeat and managed their time wonderfully. They kept us in the loop regarding where they were at in the process and Dion even helped my disabled Mom down the steps safely. They protected the area from the front door up to the work area very well and left the bathroom spotless. Our shower looks fantastic and we couldn’t be more pleased. I am usually uncomfortable having workers in my home but Eric and Dion were so pleasant and friendly which had me completely at ease. I hope they had a nice meal after putting in such a long day and still keeping their friendly and helpful dispositions. We’ll definitely recommend them to friends and family. Well done guys!
Handicap accessible conversion
My project was a conversion from tub/shower to a handicap accessible shower. Important features were a low step-in, vertical and angled grab bars, a shower head and a hand-held spray with magnetic mounts. The sales rep appointment was just days after my initial contact at the Home Show. He walked me through the process and helped me find more affordable options that still gave me the look and the items I needed, including ready-to-go materials that were available for installation within a week. Installation by G and A was down to the studs, professional and clean, and completed in one day. Customer service has been prompt and responsive. I appreciate the lifetime warranty. Nicole in the office was very helpful with any questions. Two minor issues ( one on my part, one on theirs) were handled promptly by Rich and Anthony R to my satisfaction and at no charge. I am happy with the quality of the materials - especially how easy it is to keep clean. I am happy to recommend NJ Luxury Bath.
Love Luxury Bath
I completed two bathroom showers with Luxury Bath a couple of years ago and very happy with the beautiful look and function of their products. Recently a part needed to be looked at and Nicole, from Customer Service, ordered the part and scheduled Rich, a Service Technicians, to come out to do the work within just a few days. Everything is running perfectly again! And all of this was covered under their warranty. It's great to know that Luxury Bath is easy to work and that I know that I can count on them. Exceptional Work on Walk-In Shower and Tub

Mario and Anthony did a one day installation they were on time from the start and cleaned up professionally once the job was completed I am very satisfied and would recommend them for anyone looking to do a bathroom

Luxury Bath is everything they promise. Not only were the products we had to choose from for our new shower top notch but the service was unbelievable. When ever anything had to be corrected, it was taken care of immediately, and with a smile. We couldn’t be happier!
Excellent repair on our walk in shower
Rich C came to our house today to reinstall sealant in a walk in shower that Luxury Bath installed a few years ago. We love our shower but had a slight mold problem that got under the sealant Rich C did a fabulous job cleaning the mold after he removed old sealant the put in new. He offered some helpful tips to avoid this in the future. I highly recommend this company.
