One of the things folks go thru when hiring a contractor/business services is the uncertainty of how well they can execute the project from beginning to finish. A lot of folks can talk big game, but very few deliver on making you feel like you chose the right one. I can say thru each of the personal experiences I’ve had w/ team who’ve entered my home were delightful. The workers here are trained to be socially smart, they’re not some two bit bath fitter. When it came to Angel & Wallace they consistently showed patience & understanding. I am a project manager in analytics for one of the biggest companies in America and I ask a lot of questions. Angel & Wallace made sure to answer every one of my questions while not making me feel stupid. They helped me understand some of the current issues as they unraveled the bathroom and showed me the damage. For the first time ever, I was able to understand from a high level everything going on. During the encounter, one of the valves started leaking. Angel & Wallace went to Home Depot after getting a call from corporate and immediately took care of the problem. All in all, I felt comfortable thru out the entire process and this is the most important part of the consumer journey and I hope luxury bath continues to stress this as part of their Business model. Never once did I feel unsure about their work, and needless to say the end result looks great. Angel & Wallace thank you! You deserve 5 stars & more!
