Couldn't have asked for better!
From beginning to end, everyone was amazing. Our salesman, Mark, was prompt and professional. He walked us through all of the options and answered any questions we had or didn't know we had! About a week later, Doug came out for pre-work inspections. He was also very professional and personable. He set expectations and even helped move my project up a few weeks. The day of installation, Bryan and Yanos showed up early to get set up. They were working by the time they were scheduled to start. They laid down runners on all the floors and cleaned as they went. They were both so personable and professional. Bryan brought me back to the project a couple times to show progress and ask our input on things. When the job was complete, he went over all the details and aftercare instructions. The work was impeccable. It far exceeded our expectations. Thank you again to everyone we came in contact with.
