New Walk-in Shower
I'm very pleased with the installation of my new walk-in shower. The guys that did the job were very professional, curteous & polite. They worked non-stop from 8 am - 6:30 pm to complete the job. They thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. Luxury Bath is definitely a 5 star promise to the customers.

We had our bathroom remodel the beginning of February. I was not present when the work was being done my husband was there. He stated that guys were very professional and courteous. When I saw that bathroom I was very pleased with how it looked. Some issues arose but they are being taken care of with no questions asked. Very pleased with Luxury Bath and would highly recommend them to others.

New Shower
Had a 40 year old tub/shower that needed a major upgrade. Service was excellent from the first phone call, sales rep, installers through to a follow up visit for a quick adjustment needed on the new shower doors. It’s beautiful! Wish we could post pictures here, we are very happy and will be ready soon for LuxuryBath to come do our second bathroom.

Excellent Job
Every aspect of the project met or exceeded expectations. Technicians were courteous and professional. Work took 5 1/2 hours start to finish. Though work was completed only recently, I can say that to this point I am completely satisfied. Shower is beautiful and functional. Only caveat I would add, is that for this service and quality work, the price will be commensurate.
Repair
We had a minor issue with the shower doors. Without question, Mark, the best service technician, came out and fixed the problem. Luxury Bath stands by their promises.

We had a shower installation 5 yrs and we were very pleased with the work done then and still love it, however some of the caulking was deteriorating somewhat. I called Luxury Bath and spoke with Rich and was informed that it would be taken care of right away. Within a few days Mark came to re-caulk our shower. He was friendly and explained the “new” type of caulk they are using now and proceeded to re-caulk our entire shower. WE WERE THRILLED TO SEE HIS HANDY WORK,! Mark was neat, cleaned up everything, even washed down the walls and glass door…….it was like we were looking at our 2018 shower installation all over again. We have a guess bathroom that may need some updating down the line and we would not hesitate to use Luxury Bath NjPa again. They are great from the initial phone call to the finished project.

Deyond and Eric were great! Very clean, professional and explained everything they to us. The remodel looks awesome and we are so happy. Have to put a plug in for Phil helping us decide what would work in our bathroom!!! Thanks to everyone!
