Our guest bathroom shower was renovated about a year ago. We noticed problems with the caulking and called Luxury Bath. They sent a technician out within a week; no hassle. Mark was the person who came to do the job. From greeting at the door until he walked out, Mark was professional and totally focused on the job at hand. He removed and recaulked the tub liner and redid the caulking in the drain. He did an exceptional job! He was extremely easy to work with and talk to, and he offered more environmentally conscience recommendations for cleaning the shower floor liner that we will be using. If we ever have a problem with our Shower that necessitates calling Luxury Bath, we will ask for Mark by name. Overall, we are pleased with every aspect of our Luxury Bath experience. In the future, should we decide to move forward on renovating our main bathroom, we will definitely give top consideration to this company.
