Our great experience started with phoning Luxury Baths. A short recording got us to a REAL person within seconds. Very polite, courteous and professional - answered every question and set up an appointment. Our Sales Rep Anthony arrived on time and listened to what we needed, then provided a lot of details and options - took time to answer questions and had recommendations as well - no pressure sales. Material was available much sooner than we expected, a nice surprise. Mario & Jermaine arrived and immediately set out drop cloths, etc. from door to bathroom. Work was completed in about 8 hours - they did a fantastic job - very neat! Thanks Mario & Jermaine!

Most bang for your buck
Had several estimates from different companies over the course of a year. The materials they offered were sub par to Luxury Baths and they were more money in some cases. We were promised a specific install date and it was installed on time. Roberto and Dennis did a great job with the install. We are very happy.

Spectacular Service
This was my first time using Luxury Bath they did a complete bathroom remodel and I am very satisfied with the outcome. My home is older so there were some issues with the walls and ceiling. The planning for these problems were explained to me beforehand and when finished were very much to my satisfaction. All workers were punctual, professional and courteous. At the end of each day they cleaned up and removed trash. Work began on schedule and finished on time. I would definitely recommend Luxury Bath to anyone in need of a bathroom remodel.
